Institution built in NTT Musashino research center.
It consists of an atrium of the three layer well which connects them to the high ridge where a laboratory takes the lead, and the low ridge where reception institution takes the lead. Since the circumference is a residential street, the wall has been division by glass or the louver so that a feeling of oppression may not be given.
